Resolution Completed: Check! Last year I started the blog and I think I've done a pretty good job up-keeping it. Not everything in 2012 was that simple, but we made it through all the same. :) In the words of my mom, "2012 was sort of a disappointing year, 2013 is going to be much better." Instead of dwelling on all the bad things that happened and getting into a funk, I think some serious reflecting on highlights is in order.
Turning 17, New York City, Aunt Em in Wizard of Oz, AYT Ambassadors, Getting my first job, Choir President two years in a row, Performance Theatre, Mormon Prom, My uncle got married, Girls Camp Year 6, Last Year of Workshop, Being cast at Madame Thernardier in Les Mis, and never giving up.
Let's keep a list of 2013 miracles. I already have two; finding the stupid earring that I searched for, for at least a half hour yesterday and the house FINALLY being put on the market.
On a side note, I went to the library the other day and was informed I have a $22.50 fine.... What?!?!?! It took another trip back to the library to check out my book since I wasn't carrying that much on me. When I asked the librarian why my fine was so large he responded with, "You haven't used your card in a year, but the last time you used it was your biggest fine. The Great Gatsby in October. Other than that you just have small fines.... Some dating back to the 90s...." Ummmmm I didn't even live in Gilbert in the 90s.... haha not sure what happened there, but I paid the fine and Megan has been making fun of me for turning in books late since before I was born. That Just Happened.
